1 large handful spinach
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
1 cup cauliflower, frozen
Drizzle of Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Very Raw Honey, to taste
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons flax seed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 lemon, juiced
1 bag green grapes
1. Add all ingredients except grapes to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add a handful of grapes to each serving bowl, and pour smoothie on top to fill the bowl. Enjoy!
