6 cups of popcorn
2/3 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Amber Agave Nectar
2 Tablespoons almond butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Mix popcorn and almonds into a large bowl. Add agave and almond butter to a saucepan over medium heat. Once the syrup starts to get light, frothy and bubbly cook and stir for 30 more seconds.
2. Pour the syrup over the popcorn, mix with a wooden spoon until lightly covered. Let it cool completely. Once cooled, press small amounts into your hand and form little balls.
