Spicy Peanut Butter and Honey Chicken Wings

Spicy, sweet and savory – what more could you want from a homemade marinade recipe? This chicken wing marinade is also made with just a few simple ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen, and the leftovers can be used to add delicious flavor to your lunch and dinner recipes all week long.


2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (fresh works better than froze

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, melted

1 tablespoon hot sauce, plus more as desired

2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

2 teaspoons soy sauce, or Bragg Liquid Aminos to make it gluten-free

1 clove garlic, minced


1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse chicken wings, pat dry, brush with olive oil and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through, until lightly golden brown.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, peanut butter, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and garlic.

3. Toss cooked chicken wings in sauce and enjoy! Serve with extra marinade on the side as a dipping sauce.
