1 medium seedless watermelon
2 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 jalapeño peppers, sliced and seeds removed
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup Ambrosia Honey
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Slice watermelon into 1-inch slices, then into wedges. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Place watermelon wedges on the grill and cook until grill marks form and melon is slightly softened, about 5 minutes flipping halfway through.
4. Top with cilantro, jalapeños, feta and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
