Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Just toss all the ingredients in a blender, pour into a glass and top with whipped cream for a sweet afternoon snack.

Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin purée

1 cup milk

1 cup cauliflower or 1 banana, frozen

1 tablespoon Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Very Raw Honey

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Garnish: whipped cream, cinnamon

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
