2 tablespoons Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Amber Raw Agave
1 cup raspberries, mashed
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 packet frozen pitaya, or 1/2 fresh pitaya
1 1/2 cups milk
Toppings: raspberries, granola, shredded coconut
1. Add all ingredients except the toppings in a blender and blend to combine. Transfer to a covered container and place in refrigerator to soak for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
2. Spoon the desired amount into a bowl, top with berries, granola and extra coconut, and enjoy!
