Pitaya and Raspberry Coconut Chia Pudding

Mornings have a tendency to get really busy, so having breakfast already made, like this overnight chia pudding recipe, is the perfect solution! While chia seeds may be tiny, they pack a powerful energy-boosting punch and are a great way to start the day. The best part about this Pitaya and Raspberry Coconut Chia Pudding recipe is that you can toss all the ingredients into a blender and allow the chia seeds to soak up the fruity, naturally sweet goodness overnight – then you can go to bed thinking about the tasty treat you have waiting for you in the morning.
