6 tablespoons raspberry or peach sorbet
2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Madhava Organic Agave
1 cup club soda or sparkling water (chilled)
berries or citrus slices for garnish
Scoop 1 tablespoon sorbet into each of 6 champagne flutes using a 1-tablespoon (#60 size) ice cream scoop or a rounded measuring spoon.
Combine orange juice, lemon juice and Madhava Organic Agave in a pitcher and stir to mix. Add club soda.
Pour mixture into prepared flutes over sorbet, dividing mixture evenly among glasses. Garnish and enjoy!
