For the Pizza:
1 package pizza dough
1/4 cup basil pesto
1 cup fresh basil leaves
12 ounces mozzarella cheese
2 peaches, sliced
For the Honey Balsamic:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Crushed red pepper flakes, as desired
1.Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about a 12-inch circle and transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
3.Spread dough with basil pesto, top with basil leaves, mozzarella and peaches.
4.Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crust is golden brown the peaches have caramelized.
5.While pizza is baking, combine all Honey Balsamic ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until fully combined.
6.Remove from the oven and drizzle with homemade honey balsamic – enjoy!
