2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup oats
1 1/2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
2-4 Tbsp almond milk
1. Add 1 cup flour, honey, olive oil, baking powder and baking soda to bowl of food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Transfer to large bowl and add remaining ingredients through yogurt, mixing by hand until just combined. Add almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until dough comes together. It should not be sticky.
2. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead 5 times to make a ball. Set on parchment-lined baking sheet and pat into 7-inch circle. With floured knife, cut a large X on top of dough.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden brown, very crusty on the outside, and inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean. Halfway through, brush with honey wash (1 part warm water, 1 part honey).
