4 ounces eggnog – try this homemade agave eggnog recipe!
4 ounces vodka
4 ounces Kahlua
1 tablespoon molasses
1/8 teaspoon pureed ginger
For the rim: 1 tablespoon cinnamon + 2 tablespoons Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Coconut Sugar
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add eggnog, vodka, Kahlua, molasses and ginger puree. Shake to combine.
2. Combine cinnamon and organic coconut sugar, then pour onto a plate. Wet the rims of each glass, no more than 1/4″ down – water is the most basic option, but you can add more flavor by combining water and organic honey or organic agave in a 1:1 ratio – then dip the glasses in the cinnamon-coconut sugar mixture.
3. Pour the eggnog cocktail into glasses and top with whipped cream, then add a light dusting of cinnamon and organic coconut sugar, and a mini ginger cookie. Cheers!
