Stir cassava into espresso. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the espresso and syrup, followed by vodka. Shake vigorously for at least a minute. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans, sip, and savor!
Optional: For an extra creamy version, add ¼ cup half-and-half or non-dairy milk with espresso.
