3/4 cup shredded coconut
2-4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Pure & Raw Honey
2 tablespoons powdered collagen
1/2 cups oats
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 lemon, zested
1. Add all ingredients except coconut sugar to a food processor, and process until well combined and sticky enough to roll into balls. If the mixture is too wet, add more oats and coconut flour; if the mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil.
2. Roll dough between hands to form golfball sized bites. Roll in organic coconut sugar and store in an airtight container until ready to enjoy!
