1 cup dextrose
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup Madhava Organic Cassava
1/2 tsp flavoring
1/4 tsp natural food coloring

Put all ingredients except coloring and flavoring in a small pot and heat on high until temperature on a candy thermometer reads 300 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in flavoring and coloring of your choice for about 2 minutes. Pour into small round molds and place candy stick in the center. Let sit until hard, about 20 minutes, remove from molds, lick and enjoy!
