⅓ cup no salt added tomato paste
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
¼ cup Madhava Organic Hickory Sage Honey
4 6-ounce boneless salmon fillets, skin on

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Prepare the barbecue sauce: in a bowl, use a fork or whisk tomato paste, vinegar, spices, and honey until well-blended.
3. Place salmon, skin side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush generously with sauce.
4. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork, depending on thickness.
