20-30 chicken wings
5 scallions, chopped
1 red chili, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce or Bragg Liquid Aminos
1-2 teaspoons grated ginger, depending on preference
5 sprigs fresh thyme
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the scallions, red chili, organic honey, soy sauce and grated ginger, stirring to combine. Add chicken wings, folding to fully coat.
3. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on the lined baking sheet and drizzle with any remaining marinade.
4. Place chicken wings in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, until cooked through and skin is crispy.
