2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons Madhava Natural Sweeteners Organic Golden Light Agave
1 pound carrots, washed and peeled
Pinch of salt
1 orange, sliced
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine coconut oil and organic agave. Add carrots and toss with your hands to fully coat.
3. Arrange carrots on the baking tray, and sprinkle with salt.
4. Thinly slice the orange, and place slices over the carrots. Bake for 25-30 minutes, serve warm.
